Skip to contentFlexifill offer the design, manufacture and commissioning service for Bag-in-Box pilot filler systems.
The Pilot Filler is designed to permit the filling of small batches of product in laboratory or test situations to validate product or production studies.
These fillers are equally applicable to product packers, brand owners and experimental institutions.
These fillers are used to fill membrane style bags in sizes up to 5 litres with a 16mm filling spout.
Manufactured with 316 Stainless Steel product contact surfaces and 304 main frame these machines are built to a high standard and comply with CE marking requirements.
The bag is placed manually on the filling table and the gland is inserted into the jaws.
The two hand start is then pressed and the gland is then steam sterilised, outer membrane pierced and product filled to the pre-determined volume.
When filled, the rear membrane is then sealed to the back of the gland to ensure product sterility.
Gland is then steam flushed and jaws opened to enable bag removal.

All of our Aseptic Fillers have an integrated steamset. This can also be an option for an ESL Filler

CIP (CLEAN IN PLACE)
SIP (STERILISE IN PLACE)

Product buffer tank can be fitted to an AW1 to reduce backshock when the filling valve closes

Mass or magnetic flowmeter can be supplied as an option to the turbine flowmeter. The flowmeter will give a high degree of accuracy for a wide range of process conditions.
