Skip to contentThe Flexifill BF1A is a semi-automatic aseptic bulk filler, simple to operate and service.
Handles bags up to 1000 litres for both one trip and returnable containers.
With an optional small bag filling table, bags from 3 to 20 litres can be filled making this a very versatile filler.
A model to fill particulates up to 20mm is also available.
All parts manufactured from stainless steel to a very high standard with CE conformity, material in contact with product stainless steel AISI316.
The Flexifill BF1A is semi-automatic in bag loading and unloading but the filling cycle is fully automated.
Once the bag has been placed in the container and the lower gland located, the upper filling gland is then located in the jaws and the two hand start pressed.
The bag is raised by the filling head and the filling cycle begins.
The bag is then de-capped and filled with product, re-capped, steam flushed and released from chamber.
Typical output filling at 4 litre/sec flow rate to the filler is:
4 x 1000 litre bags/hour.

Flexifill machines can have the option to confirm to a low level Atex category 3.

Enables up to four drums to be filled in situation before removal of the completed pallet.

The optional small bag table enables the filling of bags up to 20 litres without the need for another filler.

Mass or magnetic flowmeter can be supplied as an option to the turbine flowmeter. The flowmeter will give a high degree of accuracy for a wide range of process conditions.
